India Today magazine is conducting a SMS poll to select greatest India. It picked 10 great Indian leaders for the poll. Ambedkar is not in the list. 
How to vote:

2. Jawaharlal Nehru: SMS code “POLL JN”
3. Subhash Chandra Bose: SMS “POLL SCB”.
4. JRD Tata: Send SMS message “POLL JRD” to 52424.
5. Homi J Bhabha: “POLL HB”.
6. Indira Gandhi: SMS code “POLL IG” to 52424.
7. Rabindranath Tagore: Message code “POLL RT”.
8. Sardar Patel: “POLL SP”.
9. Bhagat Singh: message code “POLL BS”.
10. Jayaprakash Narayan: SMS code “POLL JP” to 52424.
My choice is Mahatma Gandhi. Young generation may vote for either Bhagat Singh or Subhash Chandra Bose.

its very disheartening to know that a few people hav chosen top 10 leaders from so many....everyone's contribution is unique, what have we done in front of them? and only a few people can't shortlist a few. Also, i doubt the capability of the selectors who did not feel the need of having dr. B R Ambedkar on the list... anyway, instead of shortlisting a few, you must have kept the poll open and let a person type the name of his/her favourite leader.
